Each product comes with its own manufacturer warranty — most are 25 years. Installation is covered by our 1-year workmanship warranty, in line with QBCC requirements.

If the issue is related to workmanship and occurs within 1 year, we’ll arrange a time to fix it. If it’s a product defect, the manufacturer warranty (usually 25 years, depending on product) applies.
