We visit your property, talk you through the best flooring options for your space, and take accurate measurements. You’ll then receive an itemised quote outlining all tasks required on installation day, along with any potential variations.
Timing depends on the area and complexity of your layout — more corners or curved edges take longer than simple rectangular rooms. On average, our installers lay around 50-80m² per day.
Yes, disposal of existing floor covering is included in our removal services (eg, tiles, carpet, floors etc).
Usually yes. We’ll need to confirm your building’s required acoustic rating. Apartment installations typically require a specific underlay to meet strata acoustic standards.
We aim to identify any potential variations during the site measure, so there are no surprises on installation day. If additional work is required, we’ll explain your options clearly before moving ahead.
Each product comes with its own manufacturer warranty — most are 25 years. Installation is covered by our 1-year workmanship warranty, in line with QBCC requirements.
If the issue is related to workmanship and occurs within 1 year, we’ll arrange a time to fix it. If it’s a product defect, the manufacturer warranty (usually 25 years, depending on product) applies.
